Office And Customer Service Administrator
The Remedy Office and Customer Service Administrator is the primary point of contact with our customers and keeps the office running smoothly. The Office and CS Admin will wear a lot of hats: answering customer questions about our services, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, resolving customer escalations, managing field technician schedules, and responding to information requests on our online lead generation platforms. Remedy’s Office Admin needs to be well-spoken, organized, computer savvy, and likable.
General Duties:
- Provides product and service information to our customers and prospects
- Accepts and enters online or over-the-phone orders
- Resolves or escalates customer service issues
- Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor
- Maintains meticulous customer records and keeps Remedy in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Processes applications, cancellations, adjustments, changes, requests, fees, invoices and other related paperwork.
- Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Assists with aging invoice collections and accounts receivable
- Collects and reports on marketing strategy success
- Manages company inventory, tools, and supplies
- Assists executive team in operations systems management

Job Qualifications:
- 2–4 Years of relevant professional experience (experience in an organization that utilizes field technicians to deliver service is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, but we’re willing to consider anyone who can demonstrate that they’re smart, hard-working, a quick learner, and loyal.
License/Certifications:
- Driver’s license (required)
- Notary Public Commission (preferred)
