I had a very challenging issue with rodents in wall and actic and they patiently worked through each step until the problem was resolved. **UPDATED REVIEW: After my initial review Eric Broadway reached out via a phone call to find out where they went wrong. Again, this comes back to good customer service and I did appreciate that even with a little too late. He took care of me and while my experience cannot be undone this shows that they care about reviews as reviews mean new business and so they do follow-up. This also shows me that they are worth an opportunity to give them a try. I’m only bumping up the stars to 4 as great customer service should be first not after the fact.
Original Review: They have good customer service on the phone but not good field technicians. I initially gave a good review but I never heard back from the technician as promised the next day to let me know if there was a better deal he could provide. As well as to set up my official appointment. Paid $40.00 just to come out to see if there was an issue that I already had proof of!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Remedy Pest Control thus far. They came out today to do an initial pest treatment on a home I’ve just moved into. While we did have to reschedule the original appointment because the technician was running behind, they were very transparent in letting me know and did not keep me waiting. Remedy is what a “home services” company should be – good at what they, always on time, fairly priced and super responsive to issues that impact a home. We called Remedy as we had ants all over and cockroaches. Both of these issues were long-term despite other service companies spraying, etc. Matt and his team can out and they SOLVED everything. Also we had vents around the house that we knew were an issue. Matt and team gave us great advice on these and a fair bid. We replaced them the next day. Just a great company with great people. I highly recommend them.

I called Remedy after I started seeing some roach nymphs inside my home. Derek came out promptly to treat my home / perimeter and make sure that my problem didn’t develop into something more serious. I had also heard some scurrying last Winter and suspected mice, so he graciously checked my attic. He didn’t feel like I had an active infestation, but gave me tips on what to look for in the future. His helpful, no-pressure approach was very refreshing.

We had squirrels nesting the roof of our porch. They sent someone out who inspected and made a plan for removal. He came and trapped every day and then sealed the holes the squirrels were using to gain access. The wildlife guy was communicative and did a great job. Thanks!

Just an overall awesome experience with Remedy Pest Control. We had been paying for our yard to be sprayed for bug and all summer our kids were eaten up by mosquitoes, and a number of other bugs once they put playing in the grass. A friend referred me to Remedy, and from the time I called the office to ask about pricing I felt I was in good hands. The office people were vry professional and broke everything down for us. Dewey, the service technician, was absolutely amazing!!! He talked us through the entire process and explained the how and the why bugs were hanging around and helped draw up a plan of action to help keep the critters away for good.

And, he did a great job installing the termite bait stations, cautiously watching out for hidden invisible-fence wires and buried automatic mower wires. I have previously worked as an exterminator and feel I can do a better job of judging the performance of an exterminator than someone with no knowledge of the work. I would highly recommend!

We left a major pest control company that was less expensive to come to Remedy! Best decision ever! The customer service is spot on – with actually phone calls and people on the other end. Out tech Nate was held up and he called as well as had the office text to let me know. Once here, he was very careful to not spray where my dog might come in contact and even took care to stay away from my garden. Nate always provides excellent on site customer service. He notifies me beforehand to coordinate a reasonable block of time to perform the service and texts me when the job is completed. Onsite, he discusses all the inside and outside treatments that needed to be performed and works with me to assist with management of my pet logistics during the process. I appreciate Nate’s consistent professionalism and the Remedy approach overall.
